Marty Hight knows she is blessed to be the wife of Richard and the mother of Averie and Cole.  She is a nationally popular speaker and vocalist.  Together, Marty and Richard founded Visual Mpact, challenging organizations to implement creativity and inspiration to accomplish their vision.
